Gutshall, 94, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

Born in Altoona, Pennsylvania on November 11, 1923, he was the son of Milton and Florence Gutshall.

Bob was an engineer working both in television and radio for WRGB and WGY in Schenectady for 35 years, retiring in 1983.

Bob held an advanced license as a ham radio operator with the call sign N2AIA.

He also loved music, initially playing trombone in an orchestra, and later learning guitar and keyboard.

He was predeceased by his wife of more than 60 years, Eileen and his brothers Arthur and Stanley Gutshall.

He was an Army veteran proudly serving in World War II.

He served in North Africa, Mediterranean, Italy, France, and Germany.
